We need Nursery & Preschool Volunteers in the 2nd hour all month long. If you are interested in serving please contact Christa at mason@lakesharon.org.

Weekly volunteer or Bi-weekly volunteer Children's Ministry

Lead Teacher: Must love children and Jesus! Responsible for teaching the lesson provided each week, and maintaining structure and order in the classroom.

Assistant Teacher: Helps facilitate all lessons, serve snacks and maintain order.

Baby nursery: Love on and care for babies birth-24 months old. Pray for each child each service.

Monthly or Bi-Weekly Volunteer Children's Ministry

Preschool On-Call: A person willing to be at church and ready to serve should a preschool volunteer have to cancel last minute.

Check-In: Stand at check in station to greet and welcome families to Refresh children’s ministry. Aid new families in check in procedures and escort them to the appropriate classrooms.

Service Coordinator: Volunteer to help preschool and nursery during service. Prepare snacks, take kids to the potty, ask teachers for any prayer request and pray for them. This role is to serve the teachers so they can focus on the lesson and the kids.

Craft/Activity planner Children's Ministry

Plans a few fun activities or crafts to compliment the lessons. Can be a monthly, quarterly, weekly project. 

Security Volunteers- A Security Team Member monitors our church during services and is resposible for the locking of all buildings on our campus. If you are interested in serving on our Security Team please see John Barr or email readytoserve@lakesharon.org.

Tech Booth/ProPresenter Volunteers- The Worship Ministry is looking for more volunteer help in the booth running slides and video. Please see Mark Apel or email readytoserve@lakesharon.org for more information on this opportunity.
